Scholarship Qualifications
- Resident of Somers, CT
- Entering or attending a college, accredited art school or professional school to major in any of the visual arts, including the fine and applied arts, dance or art education.

- Type or print application in black ink.
- Attach a 500 word essay that discusses your artistic achievements and career objectives.
- Submit a portfolio of five (5) to eight (8) pieces of work (Photographs of three dimensional work are acceptable) or video of dance performance.
- These will be returned to you once the selection process is complete.
- Deliver the application, essay and portfolio to the Somers High School Guidance office or follow directions on the application for non-SHS applicants.
Notes
- The scholarship is awarded based on artistic achievement and dedication to the visual arts.
- The deadline for this application is Monday, April, 2010
